James Winn- Director - After starting his career in the hectic York market James came to work in Thirsk several years ago and founded his own company in 2005 as a response to demand for an agent that delivers what they promise. Under his control the company rapidly grew into a market leading position with a superb reputation for honesty & excellence leading to the expansion into Northallerton in 2007 with further expansion to follow. Based in the Thirsk branch day to day James is always on hand to deal with all clients property needs including free valuations.
Amanda Macleod- Office Manager, Thirsk A well respected local mother of two employed by the company since the beginning and the cornerstone of our success in Thirsk. She has worked successfully in estate agency for over 20 years and offers our clients uncomparable local knowledge and experience in residential property matters.
Tim Leonard- Senior Branch Manager, Northallerton

Tim joined the company in 2007 with a view to running our Northallerton Estate Agents and assisting the forward progress of the whole operation.
A member of the National Association of Estate Agents Tim has worked in Estate Agency since the age of 21 in the hectic markets of Chelsea, Mayfair, Battersea & Chiswick. More recently Tim ran his own successful Estate Agents in York for several years whilst travelling every day from Bedale. Looking for a fresh challenge closer to home Tim agreed to join James Winn Estate Agents with a view to expanding our whole operation and the day to day business of emulating our success in Thirsk at Northallerton.
Jason Ellis- Negotiator Jason is the youngest of our team and joined the company in 2007. Recruited due to a strong sales background Jason is based in Thirsk and on hand to deal with any customer's enquiries, viewings and sales.
Lauren Atkinson- Negotiator Lauren is an estate agent with several years experience originally recruited and trained by James Winn. A local girl, Lauren has been with the company since the beginning having worked with James previously and offers a wealth of experience and friendly advice for new and old customers alike in all property matters.
Natasha Moseley - Office Manager Northallerton Natasha is one of our most recent employees joining us in January 2008 with over eight years Estate Agency experience at the highest level. Natasha is a local girl to Northallerton bringing with her superb local knowledge having spent the last four years of her career managing a branch successfully for one of our competitors in the town.
Natasha is looking forward to seeing clients old & new in our new state of the art High Street premises where she is on hand to deal with all clients property needs, sales & purchases.
